Bonera was a very solid RB and by no means the worst CB we've had either.

Even as a LB, aka, throwing him into a different position, he was better than the mess we've had there otherwise.

For me, this is top 10 of the worst informed posts in the history of this forum. Bonera had a properly mediocre time with Milan - he was good in so many games, bad in so many games. Considering him to be the worst player to play for Milan needs one to have a special kind of myopia.

There are so many potential names from the last 5 years though. If we draw up an XI of the worst Milan players since Ancelotti took over, almost all XI will be from the last 5 years barring possibly the keeper (arguably Kalac).

My shortlist from 2001 onwards: Kalac, Agazzi, Taiwo, Mesbah, Onyewu, Senderos, Grimi, Constant, Traore, Mancini (just his Milan stint, was fantastic for Roma), Di Gennaro, Amoroso

Among these guys, if I were to pick an absolute worst, it would probably be Bakaye Traore.

Note: I won't include primavera players who played to fill spots like Albertazzi etc. Or players who never got a game like Bartosz Salamon.
