1) Decent idea but 4-3-3 is not cutting it.
2) I think a reinforcement in midfield would be more beneficial.
3) A 4-2-3-1 would be better
4) It seems that Alex would be sidelined for some time.

Australia (mid 90's to 2007), West Indies back in the 70's and 80's are considered to be the greatest teams of all time.

It's difficult to single out one team right now. India, South Africa, Australia, England have had their ups and downs in the last 4-5 year. South Africa has the most balanced squad imo, but they never win big tournaments.

In the past, it was west indies. Aus dominated for about 8 years starting from 1994 to 2004. India dominated briefly for 3-4 years from 07-10 or 11 ish. Right now i suppose S.A is the best in test cricket and india is probably still number one in odis.
