Good player but i believe they value him highly...

RIDICULOUS! With what fucking money:
http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/blog/2009/nov/03/atletico-madrid-worst-run-club-europe

http://www.timeslive.co.za/sport/soccer/article457122.ece/Spanish-club-debt-tops-3.5-billion-euro

worst part is they lose money annually. Unlike man utd, RM, Barca and others who r in debt but profitable.... atletico are unprofitable

Barca are not profitable, they lost a shitload last year. I agree with you on the flams aquialini situation though.

Whatever is going on I am so happy that Allegri is our coach we needed this kind of coach. Leo was refreshing but he was not a good tactician

Allegri you make more oldies fail in your training and I am going to buy a milan Jersey dedicated to Allegri :D

I think Inter just like us can't get more than one non-EU and since they like Argentinean players, we all know how sh*t this is for them lol

not too sure about the source, but says we are really close to landing KPB. 6m transfer fee, 1.5m a year salary to 2014. would be quite happy with this, although as i said i'd prefer poli and i hope allegri still tries to convince galliani to get poli to come next year. but at 6m our midfield problem is solved and allegri still wants a right back apparently

I dont mind KPB, but we should move for Wesley, hes a steal at 6m and thats pretty much what Werder Bremen will buy him for.

Close to 6 million, 1.5 per player. Kevin Prince Boateng is a step away from Milan. Unconfirmed reports gathered by "Milan" want the Ghanaian really close to that would be so Rossoneri managed to deceive Lazio.

he is close , i like him and i hope he will be very good to Milan

Bleh, just rumours.
We have been linked to so many players. Some of the midfielders:

Ledesma
Donadel
Blasi
M.Diarra
Biglia
Ben Arfa
Dos Santos (attacker?)
Honda
Prince-Boateng

Ledesma - not good enough imo
Donadel - not good enough imo
Blasi - no comment
M.Diarra - injury pone
Biglia - injured atm so no-go
Ben Arfa - hes going to either newcastle/hoffenheim
Dos Santos (attacker?) - great talent but we wont get him
Honda - Best out of this lot, but imo we dont have the money
Prince-Boateng - risky, i hope though that the gamble pays off if we actually get him

for 6 million and 1.5 in wages, he's a decent piece of business... I dont know enough about this wesley lad, could he play alongside KPB?

I still hope we bring in a right back and an attacking midfielder...

Al knows what he's doin. KPB will complete our mid.

Flamini Pirlo KPB with Ambro Dorf Strasser Merkel in the mix we have enough depth. Quality starters and 2 of the youth will get enough time. Rino shd leave to prevent Strasser Merkel progress.

We need a RB too as if Hunter is staying a RB who can cross is important.

Right now Zambrotta ( can't play every week. once in a while and enough rest he's the best FB we have) , Abate ( no positioning or crossing), Papa ( good defense, bad offense and crossing), Bonera ( too fat and slow for RB), Oddo ( no comments), Antonini ( starting LB) - 6 players capable of playing the spot but none of em r first 11 quality.

I'd like us to get rid of Oddo, Janko, Kalazde ( useless anyway) and maybe even sell Bonera (we have enough backups for CB and RB) to finance a proper RB who can cross and our team will be complete with the right players to complement our controversial trio - Dinho, Pirlo and Hunter's main strengths.

Ganso would be nice.. he has better head than Robinho or any other kid player from brazil.. since inter had Coutinho, he have to responde with somebody good.

Since our fullbacks are not high-class crossers + our attackers are not that strong in the air + we have been fragile vs counter-attacks in the friendlies, maybe we should keep our fullbacks in the defence to eliminate these weaknesses?

Ditto to getting rid off Oddo, Janko, Kala and Bonerra, I'd even add Gooch as well. If we could bring in 10 million or a little more for all of them I'd be happy. That cash could go towards an out and out right back. Plus the saved wages would help us greatly :D

None of them should realy be anywhere near our starting 11, so their better gone and saving us silly money in wages ;)

VDW please with the 10 million brought in plus saved wages please

When I wake up tomorrow morning I want to read that we've signed KPB for 6 million, VDW for 18 million and either VDV, Ganso, Honda or Elia for between 10 - 15 million. All of this was made possible by the sales of Oddo, Gooch, Bonerra and Gattusso, with Janko and Kala being release by mutual consent, combined with our Emirate cash plus our transfer budget...

Oddo has agreed to a 2 year contract no? He's basically getting what he would for a little over 1 year. Also, Gattuso isn't gonig anywhere either.

Well, at least we can hope for Janko and Kala leaving this summer.

Just cos a player signs a 2 year contract doesn't mean he'll be here for 2 years... If an offer comes in we should take it, and he'll likely move if its a half decent team and wage. He knows he's dropped further down the pecking order and he wants to play.

Either way, I hope all 4 go in some way or form and some new blood comes in :)

I dont care if anyone wants Janko or Kala, they should simply be shown the door... What are the rules relating to players being released from contracts before there up? And would we save anything in tax by paying them off? If we can free them for half their wages and save on tax I cant understand why they are still here!!!

Re: Oddo and Gatt... Gattusso is a champion and I'm sure we can get something, however little for him, and he's on a large wage, which could go to better use. And Oddo is a seasoned pro, who can help a lower team out I'm sure, as long as we dont ask for silly money, if any money and he doesn't want a silly wage. Bonerra can leave for a fee as well...

All are never starting 11 players so are surplus to requirement right about now :D

The "Best" thing of all these contract extensions is the total money paid hasn't changed, just spread over a couple of years (instead of 3 million in 2010 its 1.5 million 2010 and 1.5 million in 2011 for example). Not only does that lower this year's salaries, it makes the player a bit more attractive/interesting to another team......................
if they ignore the age and the skill.

Not that that I think the news about Otamendi is true, but I really see why we'd need him at this point. I'm all for finding a Nesta replacement in time, but right now we have 7 CB's... No room for him, plus he doesn't really seem all that promosing, at least from the little I've seen of him.

ITALY/ MILAN, Ibra secret contact with Rossoneri president
13:00| Redazione TMW | read 3028
Source: Goal.com

The Catalan press report his agent Mino Raiola has been in secret contact with Rossoneri president Silvio Berlusconi, who just two weeks ago said he would not be afraid to land a mega star.

Ibrahimovic is said to be fearing the emergence of David Villa at Camp Nou and feels it would be hard to reconcile his relationship with a starting role, despite guarantees from his coach that he is not leaving.

The lure of joining Milan, who are set to fight for the Scudetto and Champions League, and playing against former team Inter, appeals to the Sweden striker.

Raiola has been adressing the questions at issue with Berlusconi and much of those relate to finances.

Milan CEO Adriano Galliani last month said 'Ibra' was "too expensive" and "earned too much" after he learned the player commands a €10 million per annum wage deal.

But the constant change of moods and behaviour, as well as Ibrahimovic's long association with Serie A, could see the bureaucratic wheels turning.

Both clubs are aware further negotiations are delicate, but restoration work towards smooth talks could lift the move off the ground.

he would be an upgrade over atleast three of those CBs so it would still be fine by me...he's a pretty versatile defender and he would play RB for us atleast until nesta retires

Otamendi one step away from Milan according to Mediagol

http://vb.acmilanclub.com/showthread.php?t=266961

An Agreement has been found between Prince Boateng and Milan - his transfer will cost Milak 7 Million .... he will get payed 2 million a year (4 year contract) according to QSVS channel

http://vb.almilan.com/showthread.php?t=64010

is Otamendi the argentine guy at the world cup?

KPB would be great, but I'm not sure Otamendi would be a wise investment.

Well no, I've phrased that badly, he'd be a great long term investment, but Milan needs a full back and a midfielder the most now, then if hunt goes a striker - all of those before a center back (though replacing nesta long term is a good idea)

it's like a car is running out of petrol and by buying him they're fitting new disk brakes, but it's clear it needs more petrol more than new disk brakes.

Well i guess it's more of get-who-we-can-get. It's still no where near official.
