A lot of passion for sure and he's still a legend, but do you really need to parade all those numbers on shirts on every milestone he accomplishes? Its like he only cares for himself tbh.

He deserves to be proud of his accomplishments.

Of course he does, but its a bit over the top doing the shirt thing over and over again, you don't see Raul making such a big fuss over every goal. Also it looks a bit silly going gaga over the goals when in the end all they got Milan was a draw actually.

Its his spirit that is amazing and needs to be recognized, but its obvious he's well finished. Now these goals will buy him more time which in the end harms Milan, just like it happened with Raul at Madrid, crap for seven games and then just as you think to get him off the squad he scores a goal and buys him another 6-7 games to be crap in and hamper the team.

ronaldo's diving doesnt bother you but this does? oh please:head: inzaghi deserves to celebrate his goals how he wants to. none of us here would know what it feels like to accomplish what he did with all those goals in the CL. furthermore, at his age, i think he values these goals, as they go down in history. compare him to raul? lol, raul probably doesnt feel the same about his goals.

It's Pippo, it's just the way he is. He fights to much on the pitch to be called selfish IMO.

I never said he doesn't fight. Its admirable. Its just its like its for himself only. Nothing wrong with that, but I fail to see the 'our hero' dimension.

he did it coz he went past a major milestone (gerd muller's tally)... he previously did that when he went past 300 career goals.

I kinda hate it when i see this being said about him.He has A LOT of skill, his actually one of the best skilled players in the game.

His a poacher ,his movement off the ball ,his shooting, his instincts etc are the best in the game. His skills as a poacher(what he is)are the VERY BEST in the game.
+1

Pippo is more talented than Dinho. His skills are off the charts. Its like a lost art of football ... his specialty.

Despite being subject to the unfortunate acquittance of the genesis of the scam art, Pippo isn't a fat lazy bastard who visits the lesser sights of Rio :o

Incredible night ...

from shoving Alonso in the back, showing up on the left, right, center ... Pippo was magnificent tonight.

I could've done without the shoving Alonso...I mean I was like "YEAHHH GO PIPPO" when he did it, but let's be fair...it was dumb.

If Pippo is doing this all this for himself...fighting, putting all his heart out in the game, and scoring, being a super pro I couldn't care less.

Thank God for Pippo! :proud:

As my friend said: the CL is not the CL without Pippo Inzaghi sneaking by your defense and making you cry.

I liked it. He was the only one of Milan's forwards who let Madrid's main playmaker know he was in a game.

Shove from the back? Extremely pussy move. And that 'I swear I didn't touch him!' look RIGHT after the push? Puke worthy.

Pretty strong reaction to a trivial incident, no?

LOL! Seriously?

Do you realize the CRAP an opposition player would have got in here for the same?

Imagine if CR, Biscuit, "Insert Inter player name", Xavi etc. had done the same. Let's not kid ourselves, that was TOTALLY unnecessary and uncalled for. And even if you've done it, at least be man enough and own up to it.

I don't care what 90% of the people who post in match threads think. I wouldn't slaughter any player for a little push in the back, regardless of who he plays for.

He may be dirty at times with his diving and complaining but the half black heart he has in that chest of his is as big as the sun. His passion, work and devotion are really something 2 admire.
