God, I still remember seeing the 1985 animated version with my brother in the theater.

Anyway you guys - MilanoMike & Magaster - know nothing. Here's a real action movie that would make even Chuck Norris cry his eyes out and here's THE worst (fight) scene ever.

The Number 23 is not a bad watch either. More in keeping with the other type of role Jim Carrey manages to pull off - i.e. the slightly crazy/lunatic characters as in 'Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind' - he does a convincing job + the storyline is interesting enough. I was waiting for Athens + Ambro to come up though ... so probably thats why I paid close attention

I have heard that this got pretty gore there. Not really interested in it since the first one was a flop in my eyes. Though they say second is better. And you can check the releases on imdb.com too

Yes, I saw that one too. Originally (well, on IMDB), it's called "Visul lui Liviu".

I've also seen "Mihai si Cristina" and "Calatorie la oras" (same characters as "Visul lui Liviu"). The former's soundtrack is somewhat overkill but all are very good.

Short romanian movies are interesting, and I kind of understood some words (which should be normal, I guess).

Reading the name Chuck Noris somewhere in this thread: last sunday at a friends house we were just hanging around watching TV, and all of the sudden the unexpected, Walker Texas Rangers (apparently all of our grandma's hero) The Movie. I have no idea how old it is, but I was surprised that they made a movie.
