with gattuso's drive, all we need is him exerting his influence on the rest of the squad, turn in some match winning performances *assist wise, blokes never gonna score till he shoots*

I love Abate, and he has the most passion in our team (after Gattuso), but Thiago seems to be more of a leader type and I think he will be chosen.

Anyways, this will be in a couple of years because I doubt all of Abiatti, ambro, Gattuso, and seedorf leave next season.

I'm glad Abate finally got the call-up for the NT, he deserved it so much, best Italian RB for sure

It was very interesting to read what he said now, that Allegri let him train extra hard to get better in defending. You see, our coach knows what he's doing with the players.

I also would like to see Abate as Milan captain in the near future, with his passion and love for the Rossoneri colours he'd be the perfect captain.
