I would say that goal is 99% Merkel's, he saved it in the line, took it and hit it on Kucka's leg where the ball rebounded and went in.

A friend of mine was watching it and updating me on mostly every attack and he mentioned a few 2 v 2 chances which Udinese wasted on the break, almost like golden chances. Yes, I agree Torje was poor and they did miss Toto. Also, De Sanctis made back to back wonder saves at some point, one of the shots was from Asamoah.

All in all, Udinese probably created enough but were pretty wasteful. Napoli were clever from set pieces and deserved to win because they took their chances.

Sorry for late reply. It was pretty much Merkel keeping the play alive but his header would have been cleared by any of the 3 Roma players standing on the line, anyways I still like to think the same as you
