As a tactician I respect him a lot. Hes a tactical mastermind, more dedicated and diligent than Mourinho, hence better in that aspect. Creating that 3-4-3, the insane pressing game, adapting Mascherano to CB, recognizing Alexis Sanchez as the perfect fit for his team... all masterstrokes. I feel he's limiting himself by being so rigid and stubborn about possession and tiki taka; if he accepted there is another way and that you can mix it up, he would have been even better. He is a brilliant coach no doubt about it, underrated in terms of mind games and motivation in which he is also as good as, or even better than Mourinho.
I hate him as a person. His constant acts of humbleness are fake, they are nothing but part of his scheming. He is agenda driven and dishonest, translating all that to his players. Just as his players are actors on the field, hes an actor off it, its just harder to perceive because its more subtle. But hes not a nice guy as people think; the image he assumes is part of his whole strategy, which by default makes him far from a naive person which is the impression that he wants to make. To achieve what he has he needed to be ruthless and sneaky, traits that are not associated with him in the public eye.
