It was 1986, Milan came out of a dead end and was taken over by a great Milan fan: Silvio Berlusconi. 24 years after that moment, his Milan are the most title-winning club in the world.

MILAN - Exactly 24 years ago the calendar of 1986 saw a date that was destined to change the lives of Milan fans. On 20 February of that year Silvio Berlusconi saved A.C. Milan from a sad destiny and became its owner: the election to president would happen on 24 March 1986. But 20 February remains the date of the Turnaround. Milan's new history started after that date. The inimitable Rossoneri destiny wanted that it was the same date as the passing of the 'Parón' and started a new era: a passage of testimonies.
And so, with Silvio Berlusconi at the guide, after Nereo Rocco started bringing the club success, Milan's European Cups went from two to seven, the Scudettos from ten to seventeen, the World Cups from one to four, and so on with other international trophies, national trophies, Finals and Ballon d'Ors. The president that has won the most in the history of world football and his Milan, the most title-winning club in the world and its president: an inseparable binomium, from every perspective. President Berlusconi and his entire group will be able to be absolutely proud of the Rossoneri creature forever. Thank you President!
