Forza Barcelona for tomorrow. :star:

FORZA EL MESSIAH :star: :star:

PS: Messi to score two goals in the first half then Guardiola bring someone else in on his place.

Iniesta will be a big miss. I wonder who Pep will bring in his place. Thiago?

I think Barca need an away goal and will settle for a 1-1 draw. Madrid will park the train, and counter like they did in the last two matches.

Tomorrow the next players will miss the match:

-Carvalho, Khedira.
-Iniesta, Abidal, Maxwell, Adriano, Bojan.

Carvalho is a bigger miss 4 RM than Iniesta is 4 Barca.

I disagree. Barca is a whole different team without Iniesta.

4-1 or 3-0 to Real if Kaka starts.

You disagreeing part is ok... the score predictions on the other hand r sheer lunacy.

Proper happy 4 Utd n SAF. 3 is a respectful No of times to have won CL. Yes, I want Utd to win it... in a 1 off game it can happen I fancy Utd more so against RM n less so against Barca, but like I say over 90mins Utd stand a chance. Then SAF can truly die a happy man... knocked liverpool off their fucking perch at domestic level n made sure Utd best liverpool's record in Europe in the near future with him or without.

"Back stick", meaning back/far post. One of Big Racist Ron Atkinson's many gems.

Now that I think about it, Atkinson coached Atletico Madrid (insanity, even by Jesús Gil's standards), so he may actually have tried to translate his bullshit into Spanish.

Agree. Now Mourinho is left with the choice of either playing Pepe in defense beside Ramos and losing the Messi advantage and arguably his best performer the last 2 clasicos (there are rumors that Messi might start as RW anyway), or use one out of the two idiots Garay and Albiol and guarantee conceding.

I disagree. Barca is a whole different team without Iniesta.

4-1 or 3-0 to Real if Kaka starts.

Are we back in 2007?

Everything since beating Rangers 4-1 in a Scottish Cup final has just been showing off.

d'ya know what would be really funny. is if schalke actually made a roy of the rovers come back and beat united. i give them a 0.5% chance, but to quote an epic jim carey movie "so you're tellin me theres a chance!" stragner things hav happened.. cos the amount of my mates who have went online tonight and booked their match tickets and plane tickets for wembley, the facebook statuses on my home page at half 9 tonight and the english media's forth-coming wank fest on the morning over a united madrid/barca final.. if they were to actually let it slip and go out on penos or sumthin ridiculous in the return leg, well i would smile to say the least

2-0 to Madrid, first goal is constructed, second won catches Barca on the break as they push foward, hopefully Kaka plays and destroys the midgets

Neuer has said he wants to stay in Germany. Any German will see Bayern as the pinnacle of football so it's understandable.

bigger and more prestigious than man united, thats for sure. ;)

Van Der Sar becomes the first Goalkeeper to have 50 clean sheets in Champions league and Giggs becomes the oldest ever scorer.

Impressive that Van Der Sar had so many clean sheets even after spending few years at Fulham without champions league football. One of the biggest mistake SAF has done after selling Stam was not to sign Van Der Sar when Peter Schmeichel left us in 1999.

Hope we dont do the same mistake in replacing him..

Man U fan!

BTW Iniesta out for Barca tonight & seems like Pep is losing his head. :fp:

Iniesta was ruled out before itself if I'm not wrong. At least it was as good as ruled out.

Pep lost his head in the press conference, now see Barca beating shit out of Madrid.. :fp:

Hope not..

My guess would be, close just like other 2 Clasicos & no one sided affairs.. possession football vs counter attacks. :o

And I fancy Madrid to top it. :head:

Giggs and Scholes are players for whom I have an enormous admiration. I would love to swap shirts with Ryan Giggs after the game. It would be a great honour.

Despite of the defeat, Neuer was fantastic :star:
First half .. Sir Alex squad almost got frustrated because of this man. few great saves were: flew to save the volley ball shot from Rooney, Park Ji Sung hard shot from penalty area, 1 to 1 against Javier Hernandez used the assist from Park, header from Giggsy at the very close distance, a hard shot from a very short distance from Hernandez, and 1 to 1 save against Giggsy before the 1st half end. Schalke needs to be grateful because they have Neuer as a man between the stick :)

I blame the defeat to the poor defense for the likes of Metzelder, Sarpei and co. Specially Metzelder.. this man was absolutely lack of pace and often lost the ball from opponent, and a problem with discipline from guarding his area just completed the whole of his nightmare. *sigh* I remember the day he was looked so promising when he played at Dortmund. I dont know if that was the injury or because of he was played with Madrid that turned his ability

As for the United side, my attention was full to Giggs. I think this man was giving all the best and want to remembering, counting the days he hang the boots and write all of those things with a golden ink. Giggs was superb.
Another great performances also appeared by Park Ji Sung and Michael Carrick. Park's movement with or without the ball looked dangered Schalke. Carrick was great with his passes and the ability for controlling the mid area.

I think United is already step a foot to the final (not trying to jinx it because I really dream about Barca vs United because it will be Experince vs Perfect Team). All they have to do just calm and think the game isnt over yet until the last whistle blow in Old Trafford. While me... keep my fingers crossed for Pep's side to handle the big bus that will be parked (...again) by Jose's side :rolleye: so God let me watch the dream final ...

I think a Barca vs United final will be a lot more entertaining.

Madrid will park the bus tonight so Barca will have to try and score tonight.

What is entertaining in watching 11 grown ass men pass the ball with a slow tempo until it reaches a fast paced midget to score? And if anything goes wrong, they could always dive and moan their way to victory. Even their coach, who I thought was just about the only classy person involved with the club, totally lost it and cracked in the biggest test of his career so far vs the genius Mou.

I thought Madrid's performance in the Copa del Rey vs them was the one worthy of praise. Barcelona are not my cup of tea entertainment wise, but they are effective as hell. Yet vs Madrid, and once again vs Mou, they were completely shut down. Xavi, Iniesta, Messi... completely toothless. The Real Madrid performance is the one worthy of praise, especially considering that this is Mourinho's 1st season in charge with them, and that in late November last year they got mauled 5-0 yet now they proved they were more than a match with Barcelona, and they even beat them and are scaring them before the match even began.

1st half was great..Barcelona couldn't do shit but the 2nd one, if it wasn't for Casillas...overall that game could have gone either way

Carvalho is a bigger miss 4 RM than Iniesta is 4 Barca.

Carvalho is giong to be substituted with Ramos, a top player.

Iniesta is going to be substituted with Keita or Thiago, there is a difference, i think Keita will play, introducing Thiago w' d be similar to line up Merkel in a 1/2 UCL Final.

What is your point?

i think he means that thiago is miles ahead of merkel and if it is i agree with him

i think the last two madrid v barca games just proves yet again that morinho is an absolute genius and he is a lot better than any other manager of his generation
