It really depends on what Mou does to contain Messi. Pepe was pretty much his shadow and owned him at times but when he was sent off you saw what happened.

There isnt any other player in the RM line up that can contain Messi, Lass would be the best option but he failed last time out. With the appointed ref being insulted just last week by Mou i can see a flurry of yellows and possibly a red for Madrid.

With Pepe and S Ramos out, that RM defense is gonna be a disaster, im going for a overpowered Barca victory by a scoreline of 3:0 or 4:0

Bundesliga outfit Schalke have received some positive news in the build-up to their upcoming Champions League semi-final second-leg against Manchester United, with prolific striker Klaas-Jan Huntelaar set to make a comeback from injury, Bild reports.

The former AC Milan attacker sustained a knee problem in February and was initially expected to be sidelined for two weeks at most, but has now been out of action for close to two months.

A return to the fold for Huntelaar now seems to be on the cards on Wednesday, however, as the Germans face a tough task to overturn their 2-0 first-leg defeat.

Meanwhile, highly-rated defender Benedikt Howedes is expected to return to the Schalke starting XI. The centre-back missed the first-leg and last weekend's league game against Bayern Munich due to injury, but has trained with his colleagues and will be available for selection.

They dont have a weak defense? What arre you on about? They might be divers and cheaters but players like Pique, Puyol, Abidal, Masch, Alves and Valdes are actually quality when it comes to defending.

People on this forum underrate Valdes, he actually makes good saves when called upon and the rest of the players tackling speaks for itself.

Edit: Only raw pace can beat that defense, a through ball to Eto, Chica Hernandez or CR and they are in trouble, otherwise its strong.

I didn't mention their goalkeeper? Their defense just didn't impress me really when tested out by a strong side. So therefore, I'm interested to see Real testing them out badly.
