BTW, congrats to AB though, don't want to appear as the french whiner.
overall you deserve your title, you can enjoy it!

But I still regret Joubert didn't see some high tackles and Richie Mc Caw's who made too much infrigments on mauls...If only Trinh-Duc managed to score the penalty :(

Still happy with the performance, and great reaction to the haka...Some of you expected French to be ran over (which would have been arguably expected after our terrible performance against Wales) , the "most one sided final ever", it was actually the contrary :o

Massive respect for the french TBH, they preformed so amazingly well.

I think both sides were infringing at the rucks, that touchie with the long nose was useless.

McCaw was just as bad as french players

New Zealand winger Zac Guildford sorry for bar brawl in Rarotonga

Disgraced All Blacks winger Zac Guildford has apologised for his naked and bloody romp through a Rarotonga bar, saying he can't remember much about it and will seek help when he returns home.

In a press statement released by his employer the New Zealand Rugby Union (NZRU) today, Guildford said he had offended people and embarrassed his family.

"Firstly, I would like to apologise for my behaviour here in Rarotonga on Thursday night. I have no clear recollection of the events of that night but there is no doubt that my behaviour was unacceptable and I am hugely embarrassed by what happened," Guildford said.

"I want to apologise to the people who I was involved with and offended that night, the patrons and staff who witnessed my behaviour, and the Cook Island people. I am truly sorry for what I did.

"I also want to apologise to my family for the embarrassment my actions have caused.

"I don't want any sympathy for the situation I have ended up in, but I am thankful for the support I have received so far from so many people. It's obvious that I need help and I want to get home and to get that help as soon as I can. I need to sort myself out."

Just bumping this up.

Even if you are not a fan of rugby, something extraordinary is going to happen in the world cup coming this year.

Either the current New Zealand team will go down as the greatest history (if not already since they have lost 2 games in 3 years) or the greatest upset in history will take place.

Also this all blacks team is just a joy to watch and this will be the last world cup for a lot of great stars that have defined the sport.

Richie McCaw has an 90% win percentage while captaining his country for 100 games

I think that would make him the most successful captain in international sport

I don't know about the greatest upset in international history, its not that easy. Ireland/England/SA/Aust. are all hard as fuck to beat

Wowowow.

Israel Dagg, Piutau, Cruden (injured), Sapoaga didnt make it into the all blacks team for world cup.:eek:

Thats some serious fire-power being left behind Steve Hansen. :o

A total embarrassment of riches.

He better win.

My only issue is Sopoanga. Thought he deserve a spot after his game vs South Africa. Only taking one specialist 10 is always risky

What happened with Dagg?

Did he have really bad form in super league or something??
