We got to replace him. In fact, I think we already have his replacement in KPB. If Flamini can step it up, then I think we've got Gattuso's replacement covered as well.
Last up, is Pirlo. I think we should go for a more orthodox holding midfield ... someone capable of holding the ball, and making some good passes BUT is solid defensively.
Finally, a pair of quality wingbacks should be brought in ... and if age is beginning to get the better of Nesta, then a good CB.
With regards to the attack, I think we shouldn't renew Dinho (surprise

). As bad as Clarence was yesterday, he still moved his ass + put in 2-3 times more effort than that glorified creator of creativity. Hopefully Binho comes through, then we just have to bring in a third attack for backup. Actually, we'd have to bring two backups as Pippo will be going as well.
As all in all, if we plan this right, we're a few steps away from creating a new core for the squad, which is basically what we need to do. I think the most difficult will be the fullbacks and a Pirlo replacement ... but we should get the ball rolling sooner rather than later.
