Muntari was at 4.3 in his 13 games... Would be fourth in that list if he could keep it for a season.

the major flaw with the whoscored one is it doesn't average for minutes.

For ex. last season gattuso was like 3.5ish? But he was subbed out a lot

if you did his over 90 minutes it was close to 5. Same with ambrosini for ex.

I don't understand why they can't just fix this. It just requires extra effort for me to cross multiply

Italy Vs Germany will be a personal derby for Riccardo Montolivo. His mum is German, he speaks fluent German, and has visited Germany many times growing up. Montolivo showed his shin guards to the press a few days ago, and they have both the Italian and German flags on them.

any video of montolivo speaking german?

26/06/2012 17:00 EURO 2012: RICCARDO MONTOLIVO Interview

MILAN – Riccardo Montolivo spoke today at a press conference in Krakow, before the afternoon training session for the Azzurri.

The Milan midfielder said, “It can happen that you miss a penalty. Only those that don’t take one, can’t miss.

I understand that it is a personal decision each player must make whether or not to step up to the spot in a penalty shoot-out.

Without doubt the match against Germany will be special for me. I can’t hide my origins. A little part of me is German due to my mother and uncle who are German.

Until I was 15 I used to spend my summers at my grandparents’ in Germany and I am still in contact with a lot of friends I made then.

They are wonderful memories but I was born and have grown up in Italy, I love this country and the Azzurri shirt.

If we broke it down to a percentage I am 90% Italian and 10% German. There is no such thing as an unbeatable team.

Also the Germans have their defects, a few it is true because they are a very strong team. We should study them closely.

Today and tomorrow we’ll look at their weaknesses and our aim is to target these weaknesses and create problems for them while doing what we know best. We can cause them difficulty.

Half Time Against Germany, 2nil up to Italy and Mont would have to be in the top 3 in the pitch minimum.

Germany have kept Pirlo quiet more or less apart from that 360 but man have cassano and monti stepped up. Galliani dont be a douche. Buy one good creative mid fielder to compliment Monti and we can be a force.

This man will be the bedrock of our midfield for the foreseeable future.

Brilliant job tonight. One of his best performances that I've seen in the last 4 years

Like I said elsewhere, when you focus on shackling Pirlo, this is exactly what happens. Unless you are a park-the-bus team.

Don't know why people thought he was a slow regista or something...

He is a very complete midfielder. Moves a lot and he is very good defensively.

Yep, I actually don't expect him to replicate his performances for us than he has done for Italy. I expect him to play decent but nothing close to the stellar display he has shown so far in the Euro's.

Much different system in Milan and much different quality of players to work with. For one, he not going to get the same quality of movement that Balotelli has given Italy this tournament that for sure.

i don't imagine Montolivo-to-Ibra long pass, because as said... "nice long ball. Zlatan stands still. Balls goes past him"
i imagine a nice long ball to healthy running Pato...

and came so close to scoring when he took just a second or two extra to shoot it past Neuer before their defender made challenge.
